Order Processing

All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Each order is prepared individually to guarantee the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

Delivery Times

Shipments are dispatched from our international warehouses. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation.

This timeframe may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond Leotte's control, such as customs delays, logistical incidents, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €150. For orders under this amount, the shipping cost is €6.99.

International Shipping

We ship throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

Delivery times may be longer outside the European Union. Any potential customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with the regulations in force in the destination country.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within the first 12 hours following payment confirmation.

Once this period has passed, or once the order has entered the preparation, production, or shipping phase, cancellation will no longer be possible. If the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase after the order has been shipped, they must manage the return in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection regulations.

Delays

Leotte is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, logistical incidents, or carrier-related issues.

In the event of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed about the status of their order.
